A little about me
I’m Lisa, and I love helping people discover that movement doesn’t have to feel intimidating or serious.
I’ve worked in fitness for over 13 years, supporting people of all ages and abilities to move with more confidence, strength and independence.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong have become a really important part of what I do because I love the way they bring together movement, calm and wellbeing.
I discovered Tai Chi after having my own full hip replacement, and it has since become a really important part of my life.
My classes are friendly and relaxed. You don’t need to be fit, flexible or know what you’re doing — you simply come as you are and work at your own pace.
And although Tai Chi can be wonderfully calming, that doesn’t mean we have to be serious all the time. We chat, we laugh, we learn together and I want everyone to feel comfortable and welcome.
I continue to develop my Tai Chi practice with the British Tai Chi Academy
under the guidance of Master Peter Fletcher.
So if you’re feeling a little nervous about coming along for the first time, please don’t be.
You’ll be very welcome.
